A soothing, fragrant, organic whole flower head chamomile with a slightly sweet finish and brilliant yellow liquor. Famously a sleep time tea, this caffeine - free herbal infusion is also an effective tummy and nerve soother, and is extra delicious with a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of honey. 

Traditional Preparation: Measure 1 tsp of loose tea and add to a tea filter or strainer (or use one tea bag). Steep in 8-12 oz freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Delicious on its own, or lightly sweetened. Enjoy!
